It has been found that the colour of urine shows that one might not be taking in enough water. Therefore, drinking enough water keeps your mood up and makes you a more active person.  There is also a relationship between your level of water intake and your blood volume. The blood is majorly water, and when there is less water in the body, the blood volume also drops. To prevent this, we need to keep the hydration level high by taking in good amounts of water.
